摘  要:本文利用活性染料的泡沫体系对棉织物进行印花,探讨发泡液的发泡性能和稳定性能、以及糊料中CMS与CMC的比例,研究泡沫色浆的印制性能,评价泡沫印花的效果。实验结果表明:当发泡液组成为发泡剂用量4 g/L、稳定剂用量8 g/L和糊料用量35 g/L(复配比n(CMC)∶n(CMS)=15%∶85%)时,发泡体系的泡沫性能最优。印花工艺中,发泡比越小,织物色深K/S值越大,渗透性越强;尿素加入,使织物色深K/S值降低。固色工艺中,直接蒸化固色比先烘干再蒸化的K/S值更大。In this paper,cotton fabric was printed by reactive foam system.The foaming properties and stability of foaming liquid,and the ratio of CMS to CMC in paste were discussed.The printing performance of foam color paste was studied,and the effect of foam printing was evaluated.The experimental results show that when the foaming agent is used as foaming agent 4 g/L,stabilizer dosage 8 g/L and paste 35 g/L(compound ratio n(CMC)∶n(CMS)=15%∶85%),the foaming property of the foaming system is the best.In the printing process,the smaller the foaming ratio is,the greater the K/S value of fabric color depth is,and the stronger the permeability is;the addition of urea reduces the K/S value of fabric color depth.In the fixation process,the K/S value of direct steaming fixation is higher than that of first drying and then steaming.
