摘 要:三元前驱体生产过程会产生大量含有重金属、高氨氮和高盐的废水,传统的废水处理工艺效果差,成本高,很难满足环保规定的排放要求。采用废水处理工艺组合除油+汽提脱氨+MVR除盐,可以有效使母液中氨氮≤15 mg/L,重金属含量≤1 mg/L,产生副产物硫酸钠盐,回收蒸汽冷凝水,实现三元前躯体母液零排放,无二次污染物,进一步实现绿色工厂。The production process of ternary precursor will produce a large number of wastewater containing heavy metals,high ammonia nitrogen and high salt.The traditional wastewater treatment technology has poor effect and high cost,and it is difficult to meet the discharge requirements of environmental protection regulations.The combination of wastewater treatment technology for oil removal+stripping ammonia removal+MVR desalination can effectively make the ammonia nitrogen in the mother liquor≤15 mg/L,heavy metal content≤1 mg/L,produce sodium sulfate as a by-product,and recover steam condensed water.Realize zero emission of ternary precursor mother liquor,no secondary pollutants,and further realize green factory.
