不同杀菌剂对水稻纹枯病菌的室内毒力及田间防效评价

摘  要:本研究评价了7种杀菌剂对水稻纹枯病菌的室内毒力及田间防效。室内毒力测定结果表明,30%肟菌·戊唑醇悬浮剂、35%噻呋·氟环唑悬浮剂、32%噻呋·戊唑醇悬浮剂、30%戊唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、500 g/L苯甲·丙环唑乳油这5种杀菌剂混剂对水稻纹枯病菌均有较强的抑制作用,EC_(50)值在0.0572~0.2265 mg/L之间。田间防效试验结果表明:在第2次药后7 d,对水稻纹枯病防效最好的药剂为30%肟菌·戊唑醇悬浮剂,防效为95.02%;30%戊唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、32%噻呋·戊唑醇悬浮剂、35%噻呋·氟环唑悬浮剂和500 g/L苯甲·丙环唑乳油的防效分别为93.15%、92.53%、92.26%、91.81%;在第2次药后14 d,30%肟菌·戊唑醇悬浮剂等5种杀菌剂混剂对水稻纹枯病的防效均达到93%以上。Indoor toxicity and field control effect of seven fungicides against rice sheath blight were evaluated in this paper.Indoor toxicity test results showed that 30%trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole SC,35%thifluzamide·epoxiconazole SC,32%thifluzamide·tebuconazole SC,30%tebuconazole·azoxystrobin SC,500 g/L difenoconazole·propiconazole EC all had strong inhibition effect against rice sheath blight,and EC_(50) values were 0.0572~0.2265 mg/L.The results of field control trial showed that,30%trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole SC had the best control effect of 95.02%;the control effect of 30%tebuconazole·azoxyst-robin SC,32%thifluzamide·tebuconazole SC,35%thifluzamide·epoxiconazole SC,500 g/L difenoconazole·propiconazole EC was 93.15%、92.53%、92.26%and 91.81%,respectively on the 7th day after the second application.Control effects of five mixture fungicides were all above 93%on the 14th day after the second application.
