以南阳市农村为例,探究河南省农村饮用水安全问题处理方案

摘　　要：通过问卷调查,查阅文献、官网、公众号等资料的方式,讨论了2016—2020年南阳市主要水资源的水质状况及尚存的农村饮用水安全问题,提出了发展农村集中供水,加强水质检测和消毒;减少水源污染,提高农村饮水质量(如发展生态工、农、畜牧业,减少农村生活污水和固体废弃物污染,尝试“沟渠河塘”小组负责制等);加大农村饮用水项目经费投入;完善农村饮用水保障服务体系;加强饮水安全宣传,发放饮水安全明白卡等切实可行的解决方案。The water quality of main water resources in Nanyang from 2016 to 2020 was investigated through various methods such as questionnaire surveys,access to literatures,etc.The remaining rural drinking water safety issues were investigated.Furthermore,some feasible solutions were proposed,such as developing rural centralized water supply,strengthening water quality testing and disinfection;reducing water source pollution,improving rural drinking water quality(such as vigorously developing clean production,ecological agriculture,ecological animal husbandry,reducing rural domestic sewage and solid waste pollution,trying to build a“ditch,river and pond”group accountability system,etc.);increasing investment in rural drinking water projects;gradually improving the rural drinking water security service system;strengthening drinking water safety publicity and providing drinking water safety clear cards,and so on.All the solutions could be used to solve the rural drinking water safety problems.
