摘  要:为满足某大型飞机双路刹车压力伺服阀静、动态性能测试的需求,研制一套可实现双路压力伺服阀实时测试的具有柔性化负载加载的测试系统。分别从集成化油路设计、可调容腔模拟负载设计以及双路实时测试实现等角度开展研究。试验结果与设备长期运行结果表明所研制的测试系统与装备满足实际测试功能与测试精度的要求,且工作稳定、可靠。In order to meet the requirements of static and dynamic performance test of a two-way brake pressure servo-valve for a large transport aircraft,a test system with flexible load was developed to realize real-time test of double channel brake pressure servo valve.The research was carried out from the perspectives of integrated oil circuit design,adjustable cavity simulation load design and dual channel real-time test.The test results and the long-term operation results of the equipment show that the developed test system and equipment meet the requirements of practical test function and test accuracy,and work stably and reliably.
