摘  要:目的:研究微生物燃料电池(MFC)处理甲基橙染料废水的效果。方法:采用搭建的单室型微生物燃料电池,以醋酸钠为燃料,对印染废水中典型偶氮染料甲基橙的脱色效率及不同变量对MFC的处理效果进行研究。结果:在外接1000Ω电阻条件下,稳定阶段MFC最大输出电压达到498 mV,两组变量均对MFC处理甲基橙染料废水有显著影响。MFC在不同水力停留时间(HRT)3、6、9、12、24、48 h条件下对甲基橙染料废水的脱色率,与HRT的长短具有一定的相关性。在不同HRT条件下,MFC处理甲基橙浓度为20 mg/L的染料废水,甲基橙染料废水的脱色率分别为34%、57.05%、74.7%、77.9%、82%、95.7%。MFC对甲基橙染料废水的脱色率与其浓度之间存在一定的相关性。在HRT为24 h时,MFC对不同浓度甲基橙染料废水(10、20、30、40、50 mg/L)的脱色率分别为91.11%、83.35%、80.10%、75.05%、75.36%。结论:MFC处理甲基橙染料废水具有很好的效果,其中HRT、甲基橙浓度对MFC处理甲基橙染料废水效果有一定影响。Objective:To study the treatment effect of methyl orange dye wastewater by microbial fuel cell(MFC).Methods:The decolorization efficiency of methyl orange,a typical azo dye in printing and dyeing wastewater,and the treatment effect of different variables on MFC were studied by using a single-chamber microbial fuel cell with sodium acetate as fuel.Results:It is shown that the maximum output voltage of MFC reaches 498 mV in the stable stage under the condition of external resistance of 1000Ω.Both variables have significant effects on the treatment of methyl orange dye wastewater by MFC,especially the change of hydraulic retention time(HRT).The decolorization rate of methyl orange dye wastewater by MFC under different HRT conditions has a certain correlation with the length of HRT.Under the conditions of different HRT(3,6,9,12,24,48 h),the decolorization rates of methyl orange dye wastewater with methyl orange concentration of 20 mg/L were 34%,57.05%,74.7%,77.9%,82%and 95.7%,respectively.There was a certain correlation between MFC decolorization rate of methyl orange dye wastewater and its concentration.When HRT was 48 h,the decolorization rates of methyl orange dye wastewater with different concentrations(10,20,30,40,50 mg/L)by MFC were 91.11%,83.35%,80.10%,75.05%and 75.36%,respectively.Conclusion:MFC has a good effect on the treatment of methyl orange dye wastewater,in which methyl orange concentration has a certain influence on the effect of MFC on the treatment of simulated methyl orange wastewater.
