我国中小企业公共服务平台建设现状研究

摘　　要：中小企业公共服务平台是中小企业发展的重要支撑,各级政府部门高度重视,在平台建设方面已经做了很多工作,并取得了一定的成效。通过文献调查等方法调研中小企业公共服务平台的建设数量、功能模块、技术框架和质量评价等信息。调研结果显示,截至2019年国内中小企业公共服务示范平台达到197家,功能需求主要为政策服务、信息服务、人才培训、创业服务、技术支持、管理咨询、融资服务和法律服务等,现有评价结果表明平台建设规划和服务能力仍有提升空间。Public service platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises are an important support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Government departments at all levels attach great importance to it.A lot of work has been done in platform construction and certain successes have been achieved.In the paper below,an investigation was made of the information such as the construction quantity,functional modules,technical framework and quality evaluation of public service platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises through literature surveys and other methods,showing that as of 2019,there are 197 public service demonstration platforms for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.The functional requirements are mainly policy services,information services,talent training,entrepreneurial services,technical support,management consulting,financing services,and legal services.The assessment result shows that there is still room for improvement in platform construction planning and service capabilities.
