摘  要:随着油田开发进入中后期,储层堵塞范围逐渐加深,堵塞形式也愈加复杂,解堵难度逐渐加大。本文提出一种深穿透解堵新工艺,利用深部造缝与化学解堵相组合,在污染带内形成高渗透性渗流通道,实现储层的深部解堵及潜力层挖潜。并通过理论分析及模拟计算相结合,进一步验证了其增产的可行性,增产效果受造缝长度、解堵液效率、解堵液滤失范围的影响,且存在最优造缝长度;通过实验研究及机理分析提出了弱交联造缝体系,并配套形成了高效解堵液体系,对渤海疑难杂症井此工艺现场应用效果显著,具有较好的推广应用价值。With the development of oilfield entering the middle and late stage,the reservoir plugging range is gradually deepening,the plugging form is also more complex.It's more difficult to solve the plug.It is difficult to achieve uniform acid distribution and deep plugging removal with conventional acid solution,which leads to gradually worse plugging removal effect.Moreover,due to the influence of the previous large-section screen gravel packing completion method,more transformative sand fracturing technology is also difficult to implement.Therefore,a new deep penetration plugging removal process is proposed in this paper.The combination of deep fracture-making and chemical plugging removal is used to form a high permeability seepage channel in the pollution zone,so as to realize deep plugging removal of the reservoir and potential exploration of the reservoir.Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,the feasibility of increasing production is further verified.The effect of increasing production is affected by the length of joints,the efficiency of plugging fluid and the filtering range of plugging fluid,and there is an optimal length of joints.Through experimental research and mechanism analysis,the weak crosslinking fracture forming system is put forward,and the high efficient plugging solution liquid system is formed.The field application effect of this process is remarkable for complicated wells in Bohai Sea,and it has good popularization and application value.
