摘  要:近年来,中药材半枝莲因其抗肿瘤疗效显著而受到了学者们的广泛关注,多糖作为半枝莲的主要成分之一,发挥了至关重要的作用。因此,研究半枝莲多糖的生物活性对于开发抗癌药物具有深远的意义。本文通过对半枝莲的多糖类活性成分及其相关药理作用的研究情况展开综述,以期能够为探讨半枝莲的深入应用研究提供科学参考,为进一步研究开发和推广应用半枝莲多糖在药物治疗癌症相关领域提供科学依据。In recent years,Scutellaria barbata has been widely concerned by scholars because of its remarkable anti-tumor effect.Polysaccharide,as one of the main components of Scutellaria barbata,plays a vital role.Therefore,the study on the biological activity of Scutellaria barbata polysaccharides has far-reaching significance for the development of anticancer drugs.In this paper,the active components of Scutellaria barbata polysaccharides and their related biological activities of clinical research were reviewed,in order to provide a scientific reference for further research and development of Scutellaria barbata polysaccharides in the field of drug treatment of cancer.
