不孕患者慢性子宫内膜炎与子宫内膜息肉的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究不孕症患者中慢性子宫内膜炎(CE)与子宫内膜息肉(EPs)之间的相关性。方法:收集2019年7月1日~2021年1月1日因不孕来我院行宫腔镜及宫腔组织取样活检患者的临床资料。对组织样品行HE染色和免疫组织化学CD138染色,CD138阳性者诊断为CE,根据病理学诊断EPs。并根据有无EPs分为A组(n=63)和B组(n=124)。A组患者取子宫内膜息肉和子宫内膜标本,B组患者取子宫内膜标本。结果:两组在年龄、体重指数、卵泡刺激素、抗苗勒管激素、窦卵泡数、不孕年限、不孕类型、不孕原因间,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。A组中CE的患病率为79.37%,高于B组25.81%(P<0.05)。EPs患者子宫内膜息肉标本的CD138阳性率为79.37%,大于子宫内膜标本的63.49%(P<0.05)。结论:在不孕女性中,EPs常合并CE,提示CE可能是EPs发病的重要因素。Objective:To explore the correlation between chronic endometritis(CE)and endometrial polyps(EPs)in patients with infertility.Methods:The patients with infertility who underwent hysteroscopy and biopsy of uterine cavity tissue in our hospital from July 1,2019 to January 1,2021 were enrolled.All tissue samples were stained by HE and immunohistochemical staining for CD138.The patients with positive CD138 were diagnosed as CE,and EPs was diagnosed pathologically.Patients were divided into group A(n=63)and group B(n=124)according to the presence of EPs.Endometrial polyps and endometrial specimens were collected from patients in group A.Endometrial specimens were collected from patients in group B.Results:There were no significant differences in age,body mass index,follicle-stimulating hormone,anti-Miillerian hormone,number of sinus follicles,years of infertility,types and causes of infertility between two groups(all P>0.05).The prevalence of CE in group A was 79.37%,which was higher than that in group B(25.81%)(P<0.05).For patients with EPs,the positive rate of CD138 in endometrial polyps was 79.37%,which was higher than that of endometrium(63.49%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:EPs is often combined with CE in infertile women,which suggests CE may be an important factor in the pathogenesis of EPs.
