摘 要:目的:调查宜昌市碘缺乏病(IDD)的防治效果及碘营养状况,为IDD的防治提供参考。方法:根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》,2019年在宜昌市4个城区,每个区各抽取5所小学,每所小学随机抽取40名8~10岁非寄宿制儿童采集即时尿样检测尿碘含量。结果:2019年宜昌市8~10岁学生尿碘含量中位数为160.84μg/L,碘不足的比例为27.13%,碘适量比例为35.88%,碘超适量比例为20.25%,碘过量比例为16.75%。不同区尿碘经Kruskal-Wallis H检验及Nemenyi检验比较发现,猇亭区与伍家岗区、西陵区、点军区的尿碘水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。8~10岁男、女生尿碘水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宜昌市8~10岁儿童碘营养状况处于适宜状态,猇亭区需加强健康教育,科学、安全补碘。Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)and iodine nutrition status in Yichang,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of IDD.Methods:According to the National Iodine Deficiency Disorders Surveillance Program,urine samples were collected from 40 non-residential children aged 8 to 10 years randomly from five primary schools in each of the four urban districts of Yichang on 2019.Results:The median urinary iodine content of students aged 8 to 10 years in Yichang on 2019 was 160.84μg/L.The proportion of insufficient iodine was 27.13%,appropriate iodine was 35.88%,iodine slightly excessive was 20.25%,and excessive iodine was 16.75%.The results of Kruskal-Wallis H test and Nemenyi test suggested that there were significant differences in urinary iodine levels between Xiaoting District and Wujiagang District,Xiling District or Dianjun District(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in urine iodine level among male and female students aged 8 to 10(P>0.05).Conclusion:The iodine nutritional status of children aged 8 to10 years in Yichang is suitable.Health education should be strengthened and iodine should be replenished scientifically and safely in Xiaoting District.
