摘 要:为针对钢框架梁柱节点在焊接时易发生脆性破坏的问题,在原有的方钢管柱-H型钢梁节点(T-3)下,构建一种通过槽钢连接件采用全螺栓连接方钢管柱-H型钢梁的基准模型(BASE试件)。运用ABAQUS模拟分析,变动轴压比、方钢管柱壁厚、螺栓预紧力,对其抗震性能展开分析。结果表明:BASE模型节点最终以环板螺栓孔撕裂破坏而结束工作,避免了栓焊易出现的脆性破坏;方钢管柱壁厚的增加使节点域强度增强,从而提高节点的延性,耗能能力也随之增强;节点延性随轴压比的增大先增大后减小,变化范围在4.618~2.567;螺栓预紧力从77.5 kN增加到186 kN,刚度提升幅值约61.4%,节点的承载能力也有很大的提升。In view of the brittle failure of steel frame beam-column joints during welding.A column-H-beam base model(BASE specimen)of full-bolted square steel tube was constructed through channel steel connectors under the original square steel tube column-H-shaped steel beam joint(T-3).By using ABAQUS simulation analysis,variable axial compression ratio,square steel tube column wall thickness,bolt pre-tightening force,the seismic performance were analyzed.The results showed that,the BASE model node ends up with the tearing failure of the bolt hole of the ring plate,which avoids the brittle failure of bolt welding.Because of the wall thickness of the square steel tube colum has enlarged,strength of node domain has a great promotion,thereby increasing the ductility of the joint and ability to consume energy;The ductility of the joint first increases and then decreases with the increase of the axial compression ratio,and the variation range is 4.618~2.567.The pre-tightening force of bolts increased from 77.5 kN to 186 kN,the stiffness increased by about 61.4%,and the bearing capacity of joints was also greatly improved.
