摘  要:2020年起,我国饲料中全面禁止添加抗生素,以减少滥用危害。卵黄抗体因具有获取方便、可高效抑制病原微生物且绿色无污染的优势而受到人们的广泛关注。文章通过对卵黄抗体的理化特性、防控病原微生物的作用机制,以及作为饲料添加剂在畜牧及水产养殖病害防控中的研究进展进行综述。同时讨论了卵黄抗体饲料添加剂在工业化生产中存在的一些问题,旨在进一步推动其在无抗养殖中的应用。In 2020,China completely banned the addition of antibiotics in the feed,aimed to reduce the harm caused by the misuse of antibiotics.The egg yolk immunoglobulin(IgY)has attracted wide attention because of its advantages of easy access,efficient inhibition of pathogenic microorganisms,no undesirable side effects and without negative effects to the environment.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties,the action mechanisms against pathogens,and the research progress of IgY as feed additives on prevention and control of diseases in livestock farming and aquaculture were reviewed.In addition,some problems existing in the industrial production of yolk antibody feed additives were also discussed,with the aim of further promoting their applications in antibiotic-free farming.
