摘 要:转子的高速转动会造成指尖密封的渐进磨损,进而会对指尖密封的泄漏性能产生影响。考虑渐进磨损效应对指尖密封的影响,建立指尖密封流-固耦合动态性能分析有限元模型,研究指尖密封泄漏性能随服役时间增长的变化规律。结果表明:随着服役时间的增长,指尖密封的接触压力、指尖靴(径向)尺寸以及指尖密封的泄漏率均呈现出非线性变化趋势,且随服役时间的增长,考虑渐进磨损效应与否的指尖密封动态性能间的差异会随之增大。通过指尖密封泄漏性能试验,验证了所构建的考虑渐进磨损效应的指尖密封流-固耦合动态性能分析模型,并根据指尖密封的泄漏性能随服役时间增长的变化规律拟合寿命评估数学模型,经外推后可实现对指尖密封寿命的预测。The high speed rotation of the rotor will cause the progressive wear of the finger seal,which will affect the leakage performance of the finger seal.Considering the effect of progressive wear on finger seal,the finite element model(FEM)of finger seal fluid-solid coupling dynamic performance analysis was established,and the change law of finger seal leakage performance with increasing working time was investigated.The results show that the change of the contact pressure,radial dimension of finger foot and leakage rate of finger seal with increasing working time were all nonlinear,and the discrepancy in finger seal dynamic performance under considering progressive wear or not is increased with increasing working time.The correctness of finger seal fluid-solid coupling dynamic performance analysis model under considering progressive wear was validated by finger seal leakage performance experiment.The mathematical model of life evaluation was fitted by the changer law of finger seal leakage performance with increasing working time,and the prediction of the finger seal life was carried out by the mathematical model being extrapolated.
