摘  要:现存的高校人才培养体系中,本科和硕士阶段人才培养模式相对独立。为了加快国际化工程型人才培养进程,提高人才培养质量,应当探索本硕贯通的培养模式。上海理工大学光电信息与计算机工程学院通过加强一流国际化人才的引进和师资队伍的提升,通过国际化合作办学中德和中法项目实施,加强本硕课程知识体系衔接和设计,并推行了高年级本科生与低年级硕士生同堂学习和中外学生混班教学模式,这些措施有效增进了中外文化交流合作,实现了本硕贯通国际化工程型人才培养的新模式。In the existing Chinese university system,the undergraduate bachelor degree and master degree students are relatively independent.In order to speed up the process of international engineering talent cultivation and improve the talents quality,we should explore a comprehensive bachelor-master-degree-coherent training mode.Currently,School of Optical-Electrical and Computer Engineering(SOECE)in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology initiates an international master degree joint program,strengthening the connection and redesign of the bachelor-master coherent academic courses.By recruiting international first-class professors,SOECE has implemented the Sino-German joint program and the Sino-France Paris joint program.SOECE also allows the senior undergraduates master students including foreign students to mix in the same class in order to promote cultural exchanges inthe new cultivation model for international engineering talents.
