摘　　要：随着新冠肺炎疫情防控进入常态化形势,高校基层党支部面临新的机遇和挑战。在此形势下,高校基层党支部创新工作模式具有重要的意义,它有利于持续贯彻落实高校基层党支部政治工作责任,持续贯彻落实高校“立德树人”及培养全面发展人才的任务。文章分析了在疫情常态化形势下,影响高校基层党支部开展工作的客观因素和主观因素,进而阐述了高校基层党支部创新工作模式的实践策略。With the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control,the grass-roots Party branch of colleges faces new opportunities and challenges.Under this situation,the innovation work mode of the grass-roots Party branch of colleges is of great significance.It is conducive to the continuous implementation of the political work responsibility of the grass-roots Party branches in colleges,the continuous implementation of the task of"building up people by virtue"and the cultivation of all-round development of talents in colleges.This paper analyzes the objective and subjective factors that affect the work of the grass-roots party branches in colleges under the situation of normal epidemic situation,and then expounds the practical strategies of the innovative work mode of the grass-roots party branches in colleges.
