摘　　要：当前大学生党员发展工作还存在一些不适应新形势新任务新要求的问题,借鉴PDCA循环的一些理念和方法,进一步明确和规范大学生党员发展工作的计划、执行、检查及结果处理,对解决当前大学生党员发展工作中存在的问题,提升工作质量和科学化水平具有一定的现实意义。At present,there are still some problems in the development of CPC members among college students which does not adapt to the new situation,new tasks and new requirements.Drawing on some ideas and methods of PDCA cycle to further clarify and standardize the"plan","do","check"and"act"of the development of college students CPC members is very necessary and significant to solve the existing problems in the development of CPC members among college students,improve the quality and scientific level of the developing work.
