摘　　要：高校教工党支部积极有效的党建工作方法和运行机制,是有效发挥党支部政治功能、推动学校中心工作、落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障。文章以高校教学实验室教工党支部为研究对象,结合全国样板党支部的培育创建,潍坊医学院形态机能实验室党支部创建了“1234”工作模式,构建起目标责任机制、教育管理机制、考核监督机制、作用发挥机制等“四位一体”运行机制,创新了基层党建工作体制机制,充分发挥了党支部的战斗堡垒作用、示范引领作用和党员先锋模范作用。The active and effective working methods and operating mechanism of the Party branch of the teaching staff in colleges and universities are the important guarantee for the effective exertion of the political function of the Party branch,promoting the central work of the university,and implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.In this paper,the Party branch of the university teaching laboratory is taken as the research object,and the"1234"working mode is created by the Party branch of the morphological and functional laboratory of Weifang Medical College.The"four in one"operation mechanism,such as target responsibility mechanism,education management mechanism,assessment and supervision mechanism and role play mechanism has innovated the primary-level Party construction work system and mechanism,and fully plays the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress,a demonstration and leading role,and a vanguard and exemplary role of Party members.
