摘  要:为探究影响气吸式谷子精量穴播机排种器工作性能的各项因素,分别设计了孔群孔数为4、5、6,型孔直径为0.8、1.0、1.2 mm,孔群分布为横向分布、纵向分布、圆周均匀分布的9个谷子排种盘。利用该排种盘在试验台上进行谷子排种性能试验,以穴距合格率、重播率、漏播率为评价标准,进行三因素三水平正交试验,分析各试验各因素对排种性能指标影响的显著性。试验表明当排种盘孔群数为5,孔径为1.0 mm,孔群分布为圆周均匀分布时排种性能较好,穴距合格率为91.33%,重播率为5.33%,漏播率为6.67%,满足谷子精量播种的要求。In order to explore the factors affecting the working performance of the seed metering device of the air suction millet precision dibbler, nine millet seed metering plates with 4, 5 and 6 holes, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2 mm diameters, vertical, horizontal and circular uniform distribution of holes were designed. The test of millet seed metering performance was carried out on the test-bed by using the metering tray. The three factors and three levels orthogonal test was carried out with the qualified rate of hole distance, re-seeding rate and miss-seeding rate as evaluation criteria, and the significance of each factor on the performance index of millet seed metering was analyzed. The results showed that when the number of holes in the tray was 5, the diameter was 1.0 mm, and the holes were evenly distributed in the circumference, the seed metering performance was better. The qualified rate of hole spacing was 91.33%, the re-seeding rate was 5.33%, and the miss-seeding rate was 6.67%, which met the requirements of precision seeding of millet.
