摘  要:为满足笼养种鸡育种信息记录的需要,设计了自动称重、自动蛋壳喷码标记系统,克服了传统养殖设备只能集蛋不能记录的难题。通过在集蛋传送带上分割出独立隔间,利用RFID标签对每个独立隔间进行标记并建立起与笼养种鸡个体之间的"一对一"映射关系。控制传送带以"stop-and-wait"模式运行,称重传感器在传送带"等停"期间实现对蛋质量的快速称量和记录。设计了鸡蛋姿态调整装置,将传送带上的鸡蛋由无序姿态调整为有序姿态之后,利用喷码打印技术将种鸡个体编号信息以无接触的方式喷印到对应蛋壳上。系统以在线方式自动记录的蛋质量、蛋编号等数据可用于种鸡个体的料蛋比、产蛋性能的分析与筛选。试验结果表明,系统运行稳定,蛋质量称量平均相对误差均小于0.7%,蛋鸡个体产蛋识别的准确率达100%,同时减少了记录环节的人力需求,避免了人工作业可能对鸡群产生的应激反应。该研究提高了种鸡个体产蛋信息记录的精确性,为种鸡繁育中科研数据收集、分析和利用提供了新方法和手段。In order to meet the needs of information recording in cage breeding of chickens, this paper proposes a design scheme of automatic weighing and automatic eggshell code spraying marking system, which overcomes the problem that traditional breeding equipment can only collect eggs but not record. By dividing the separate compartments on the egg collecting conveyor belt, each compartment is labeled with RFID tags, and a "one-to-one" mapping relationship between the individual cage and the caged breeder chickens is established. The conveyor belt is controlled to run under the "stop and wait" mode, and the weighing sensor can quickly weigh and record the egg quality during the "waiting" period of the conveyor belt. An egg posture adjustment device is also designed. After the eggs on the conveyor belt are adjusted from disordered posture to orderly posture, the individual number information of breeder chickens is sprayed onto the corresponding eggshells by using the spray code printing technology. The data of egg quality and egg number automatically recorded by the system can be used to analyze and screen the eggfeed ratio and laying performance of breeders. The results show that the system is stable, the average relative error of egg weight is less than 0.7%, and the accuracy of individual laying hen identification is 100%. Meanwhile, it can reduce the labor force demand for recording link and avoid the stress reaction of the chicken group caused by manual operation. This study improves the accuracy of egg production information recording of breeder, and provides a new method for scientific research data collection, analysis and utilization in breeder breeding.
