摘 要:目的研究巯基氧化酶1(QSOX1)、趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)、β2糖蛋白I(β2GPI)在乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关性肝病患者中的表达及相关性。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月在长沙市第一医院接受治疗的120例HBV相关性肝病患者,其中40例慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)为慢性乙肝组,40例HBV相关肝硬化患者为肝硬化组,40例HBV相关性肝癌患者为肝癌组,40例非HBV感染肝病患者为非HBV肝病组,选择40例同期无HBV感染的健康体检志愿者为正常组。检测所有入选者丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、QSOX1、CXCL10、β2GPI。结果失代偿期肝硬化患者QSOX1、CXCL10、β2GPI、ALT、TBIL水平分别高于代偿期肝硬化患者、正常组和非HBV肝病组(P<0.05)。随着慢性乙肝患者严重程度增加,QSOX1、CXCL10、β2GPI、TBIL水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。肝癌、肝硬化、慢性乙肝组QSOX1、CXCL10、β2GPI、ALT水平均高于正常组和非HBV肝病组;其中肝癌患者QSOX1、CXCL10、β2GPI表达最高,ALT水平降低(P<0.05)。QSOX1、CXCL10、β2GPI与肝功能指标(ALT、TBIL)呈正相关。结论QSOX1、CXCL10、β2GPI可作为反映HBV相关性肝病患者肝脏炎性损伤程度的重要指标,与患者肝功能损伤有一定的相关性,可能参与HBV相关性肝病的发生和发展。Objective To study the expression of and correlation between QSOX1,CXCL10,andβ2GPI in patients with HBV related liver disease.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,a total of 120 patients with HBV-related liver disease were enrolled in this analysis,including 40 cases of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in CHB group,40 cases of HBV related liver cirrhosis in cirrhosis group,and 40 cases of HBV related liver cancer in liver cancer group.Additional 40 healthy volunteers without HBV infection in the same period were selected as normal control group,and another 40 patients with HBV-free liver disease were enrolled as HBV-free liver disease group.Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),QSOX1,CXCL10,andβ2GPI were assayed.Results The levels of QSOX1,CXCL10,β2GPI,ALT,and TBIL were significantly higher in decompensated cirrhosis group than in compensated cirrhosis group,normal group,and HBV-free liver group(P<0.05).The levels of QSOX1,CXCL10,β2GPI,and TBIL increased gradually with the worsening of chronic hepatitis B(P<0.05).The levels of QSOX1,CXCL10,β2GPI,and ALT were significantly higher in liver cancer,liver cirrhosis,and CHB patients than in normal group and HBV-free liver disease group.The expression of QSOX1,CXCL10 andβ2GPI was the highest in liver cancer patients while the level of ALT was lower(P<0.05).QSOX1,CXCL10,andβ2GPI were positively correlated with liver function.Conclusions QSOX1,CXCL10,andβ2GPI can be used as important indicators to reflect the severity of liver inflammation in patients with HBV related liver disease,partly related to liver impairment evidenced by involving in the occurrence and development of HBV related liver disease.
