珠江-西江经济带绿色全要素生产率及其影响因素分析--基于DEA-Malmquist方法

摘　　要：本文以珠江—西江经济带11市为样本测度了2007-2018年带域的绿色全要素生产率及其影响因素。结果发现,2007年、2010年、2013年、2018年珠江—西江经济带绿色全要素生产率总体呈上升的态势;2007-2018年珠江—西江经济带绿色全要素生产率受到经济效率和技术效率的双重影响,但技术效率相较于经济效率影响程度更大;资本开放程度、技术创新、产业结构、金融发展水平与人力资本水平都对绿色全要素生产率产生显著的正向影响,其中,人力资本水平影响程度最大。为更好地提升珠江—西江经济带绿色全要素生产率,建议从积极引进外资、扩大研发投入、调整产业结构、优化金融服务、提高人力资本五个方面进行改进。This paper measures the green total factor productivity and its influencing factors from 2007 to 2018 by the sample from 11 cities along the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt.The results showed that,in 2007,2010,2013 and 2018,the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt green total factor productivity has been increasing.From 2007 to 2018,the green total factor productivity of the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt was affected by both economic efficiency and technological efficiency,but technical efficiency has more impact than economic efficiency.The degree of capital openness,technological innovation,industrial structure,financial development level and human capital level all have significant positive impacts on green total factor productivity.Among them,human capital level has the most significant impact.In order to better improve the green total factor productivity of the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt,suggestions are proposed from five aspects including introducing foreign investment,expanding R&D investment,adjusting industrial structure,optimizing financial services and improving human capital.
