满意度与需求交互视角下城市社区适老化实证研究——以合肥市为例

摘　　要：城市社区适老化设计与改造是积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的重要举措。深入分析了合肥市1426位老年人对社区服务设施适老化水平的满意度和社区适老化改造需求。研究发现,新、旧社区老年人对城市社区适老化水平的满意度存在显著性差异。新、旧社区老年人对社区基本公共服务设施、市政配套基础设施、社区公共活动空间的满意度有显著性差异,新社区老年人对社区基本公共服务设施、市政配套基础设施、社区公共活动空间的满意度均高于旧社区老年人。新、旧社区老年人对社区公共活动空间、社区便民商业服务设施适老化改造的需求度均较高。应有效发挥社区适老化改造的政策合力,协力推进社区服务设施的适老化、智慧化改造,以社区适老化改造为基点,构建老年友好型社区。The design and modification of communities for improving adaptability for the elderly is an important measure of China’s national strategy to actively respond to population aging.We recruited 1426 older adults in Hefei for this study and analyzed their satisfaction with aging service facilities in communities and their needs for home modification.It is found that significant differences exist in older people’s satisfaction with those facilities.Older adults living in new residential areas are more satisfied with basic community facilities,municipal facilities and public activity space in communities than those who live in old residential quarters.Older persons in both new and old residential areas have a high demand for modifications in public activity space and commercial service facilities in communities.It is recommended that we promote synergy among policies,boost community smart modification for adaptability and accessibility for elders,and on this basis build senior-friendly communities.
