摘　　要：文章建立了校正因子-气相色谱法测定杀虫气雾剂中二甲醚含量及内压的检测方法。先通过分析丙丁烷和二甲醚混合标准气体的组分进行校正因子的计算;再通过校正因子面积归一法对样品中抛射剂及二甲醚含量进行检测;最后通过拉乌尔定律对不同温度下气雾剂罐内压进行计算,与实验测得的数值偏差小于0.05 MPa。该方法适用性广、准确度高、安全且简便快捷,可以满足产品日常质量和安全监管的要求。In this study,a calibration factor gas chromatography method is established for the determination of dimethyl ether content and internal pressure in insecticide aerosol.Firstly,the calibration factor is calculated by analyzing the components of the mixed standard gas of propylene butane and dimethyl ether.Then,the content of propellant and dimethyl ether in the sample is detected by the area normalization method of calibration factor.Finally,the pressure in the aerosol tank at different temperatures is calculated by Raoult’s law,and the deviation from the experimental value is less than 0.05 MPa.The method has wide applicability,high accuracy,and is safe and convenient,and can meet the requirements of daily product quality and safety supervision.
