摘  要:简述了含油污泥的成分来源及处理方法,着重介绍了目前国内外催化热解技术中常用催化剂的不同种类及优缺点,比较了相关研究中金属负载分子筛类催化剂的催化活性,探讨了催化剂活性和选择性的影响因素及机理,最后对含油污泥催化热解技术在提升产品质量、连续催化热解反应和重金属处理的未来发展做出展望。The source and composition of oily sludge,and relating treatment technologies are introduced. Different types,advantages and disadvantages of catalysts commonly used in catalytic pyrolysis technology worldwide are emphatically expounded.The catalytic activities of metal supported molecular sieve catalysts in corresponding research are compared.The affecting factors and mechanism for metal supported zeolite catalyst are investigated,indicating that the addition of metal or metal oxide can improve the efficiency of catalytic pyrolysis of oily sludge based the addition of Lewis acid sites. Possible ideas for catalytic pyrolysis technology of oily sludge,such as improving the quality of products,continuous catalytic pyrolysis technology and the extraction of heavy metal,in the future are presented.
