摘 要:以TiO_(2)为核体,通过共沉淀法制备Sb-SnO_(2)/TiO_(2)(SST)导电复合材料,并采用甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷(MPD)对其进行表面改性。利用XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR、水接触角和TG等技术对导电材料进行表征。结果表明,MPD的合适用量为3%且以化学键形式结合于SST表面,其包覆层厚度为3~5 nm。将改性Sb-SnO_(2)/TiO_(2)(MSST)复合材料加到丙烯酸树脂中制备导电涂料,并将其涂覆在ABS基板上固化后得导电涂层。结果表明,MSST导电涂层的表面电阻小于SST导电涂层,添加量为18%时效果较佳。通过流变仪测定导电涂料的流变性能,结果表明,与SST相比,MSST大幅提高了丙烯酸导电涂料的分散性、储存稳定性和机械性能。Sb-SnO_(2)/TiO_(2)(SST)conductive composites are prepared through a co-precipitation method using TiO_(2)as the carrier,and the obtained SST is modified by methylphenyldimethoxysilane(MPD).The modified SST conductive composites(MSSTs)are characterized by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,FT-IR,water contact angle and TG techniques.It is found that the appropriate addition amount of MPD is about 3%.MPD organic layer with a thickness of 3-5 nm exists in the form of chemical bonds on the surface of MSST.Conductive coatings are prepared through adding MSSTs into acrylic resin,and then coated onto ABS substrate and cured to obtain a conductive coating.The results show that the optimum addition amount of MSST is 18%,and the surface resistance of MSST conductive coating is lower than that of SST conductive coating.The rheological properties of conductive coatings are measured by means of a rheometer.It is indicated that compared to SST MSST improves more significantly the dispersion,storage stability and mechanical property of acrylic conductive coatings.
