91.11%。Dissolved oxygen( DO) is known as the prime reason causing pipeline corrosion in the process of urban reclaimed water transportation. The preparation of high-efficiency catalysts becomes an important topic in the study of catalytic deoxygenation. NiO/ACF catalyst is prepared via the incipient-wetness impregnation method for catalytic reduction of DO in reclaimed water by carbohydrazide. At a reaction temperature of 45℃,the influences of the impregnated component, the loading amount, and the calcining temperature on the catalytic performance of NiO/ACF are investigated, and the reaction mechanism is explored.BET,XRD,and SEM technologies are employed to characterize the prepared catalysts. It is shown that Ni is the best active metal and it has successfully been loaded on ACF. Active component NiO is added without destroying the ordered structure of ACF. NiO/ACF catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic performance when the mass fraction of metal Ni is 10% and the calcination temperature is at 350℃,over which the removal rate of DO can reach 91. 11% after 55 min of reaction.
