摘  要:为实现高含盐废水的零排放和资源化目标,提出了纳滤分盐+多效蒸发工艺、纳滤分盐+MVR+结晶器、纳滤分盐+MVR/多效蒸发3种技术方案,通过工业验证结果显示,纳滤分盐+多效蒸发工艺获得的工业盐、硝质量分数在95%以上,产生的回用水可以直接用于循环水或生产水。该工艺具有运行稳定、操作弹性大、能耗低、投资低及占地面积小等优点。同时提出了提高结晶盐产品规格的措施以及设备、管线材质选择建议,可为高盐水领域广大技术人员提供参考。In order to achieve the goal of zero discharge and utilization of high salinity wastewater,three technical solutions are proposed,including nanofiltration+multi-effect evaporation process,nanofiltration+mechanical vapor recompression(MVR)+crystallizer process,and nanofiltration+MVR/multi-effect evaporation process.It is indicated by industrial verification results that the purities of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate obtained by the nanofiltration+multieffect evaporation process exceed 95%,and the produced reuse water can be used directly as circulating water or process water.This process runs stably,and has the advantages such as large operating flexibility,low energy consumption,low investment,and small land occupancy.Suggestions on the methods to improve the quality of the crystallized salt products,the choice on the machinery and piping materials are also presented,which can provide a reference for the professional technical personnel in the high salinity wastewater treatment field.
