河南禹州瓦店遗址出土螺壳初步研究

摘　　要：本文对瓦店遗址2007~2010年发掘出土的中国圆田螺和铜锈环棱螺的壳高、重量等数据进行测量并作统计分析,通过壳高分析解释这批螺壳的采集季节,又通过重量分析还原螺壳可以提供的肉食量和蛋白质含量,最后结合螺壳出,土背景,还原获取、食用螺壳的相关历史场景.In this article, the authors gauge the heights and weights of Cipangopaludina chinensis shells as well as Bellamya aeruginosa shells discovered at Wadian Site from 2007 to 2010. The varied heights are referred to in the speculation about when these escargots were harvested, and the weights have been taken so as to find out the amount of meat and protein these edible snails could provide. Given the conditions of the excavation of these shells, scenes of harvesting and consuming escargots have been reconstructed.
