Gordon模式个案管理在卵巢巧克力囊肿患者围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究Gordon模式个案管理在基层医院妇科卵巢巧克力囊肿患者围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法:随机选取本院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的卵巢巧克力囊肿手术患者120例。按照随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组接受常规模式护理,研究组接受Gordon模式个案管理护理,比较两组生活质量(QOL)评分、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果:研究组术前QOL评分为(51.32±0.61)分,术后评分为(33.05±0.78)分,对照组术前QOL评分为(51.41±0.59)分,术后评分为(20.06±0.91)分,护理前两组QOL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后两组QOL评分均下降,对照组QOL评分下降更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组满意度评分为(88.76±3.21)分,研究组满意度评分为(93.15±3.36)分,研究组满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组发热3例,伤口疼痛5例,下腹痛3例,感染1例,不良反应总发生率20.00%;研究组发热1例,伤口疼痛2例,下腹痛1例,不良反应总发生率6.67%,研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受Gordon模式个案管理的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者生活质量更高、不良反应发生率更低,对护理的满意度更高。Gordon模式个案管理在基层医院妇科卵巢巧克力囊肿患者围手术期护理中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the application value of Gordon model case management in the perioperative nursing of patients with gynecological ovarian chocolate cysts in primary hospitals.Method:A random selection of 120 ovarian chocolate cyst surgery patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into control group and study group with random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the study group received Gordon case management nursing.Compared the quality of life (QOL) scores,adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Result:The QOL score of the study group was (51.32±0.61) points before operation,the QOL score was (33.05±0.78) points after operation,and the QOL score of the control group was (51.41±0.59) points before operation,and the QOL score was (20.06±0.91) points after operation,there was no significant difference in the QOL scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the QOL scores of the two groups decreased,and the QOL score of the control group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the control group was (88.76±3.21) points,the satisfaction score of the study group was (93.15±3.36) points,the satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the control group,there were 3 cases of fever,5 cases of wound pain,3 cases of lower abdominal pain,and 1 case of infection,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%;in the study group,there were 1 case of fever,2 cases of wound pain,and 1 case of lower abdominal pain,the total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%;the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with ovarian chocolate cyst who underwent Gordon model case m
