摘 要:目的:探讨叙事医学护理模式对永久性结肠造口患者病耻感及心理危机水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月118例本院接受永久性结肠造口的患者作为研究对象,根据护理模式不同随机分为对照组(58例)和研究组(60例)。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受叙事医学护理,比较两组病耻感及心理危机水平的差别。结果:干预后研究组病耻感得分和心理危机水平得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,患者病耻感得分与TAF得分呈正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(r=0.683,P<0.001)。结论:叙事医学护理模式在永久性结肠造口患者中具有一定的应用价值,可以降低患者的病耻感,改善患者的心理危机,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of narrative medical nursing model on the stigma and psychological crisis of patients with permanent colostomy.Method:A total of 118 patients who received permanent colostomy from January 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group (58 cases) and the study group (60 cases) according to different nursing models.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received narrative medical nursing.The differences in stigma and psychological crisis between the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the scores of stigma and psychological crisis of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the stigma score of patients was positively correlated with the TAF score,the difference was statistically significant (r=0.683,P<0.001).Conclusion:Narrative medical nursing model has certain application value in patients with permanent colostomy,which can reduce the stigma of patients and improve the psychological crisis of patients,and which is worthy of popularization and application.
