摘  要:目的:研究关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术患者接受神经肌肉电刺激及早期康复训练对术后康复进程的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年10月入住笔者所在医院行关节镜下ACL重建术治疗的68例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组34例。对照组术后仅开展早期康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上配合神经肌肉电刺激治疗,两组均持续12周。比较两组手术前后膝关节功能、关节活动度及疼痛程度。结果:术前,两组膝关节功能评分、关节活动度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第4、8及12周,观察组膝关节功能评分高于对照组,关节活动度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第4、8及12周,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在关节镜下ACL重建术患者中实施神经肌肉电刺激及早期康复训练,能够更好地缓解关节疼痛症状,促进术后膝关节功能的恢复。Objective:To study the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and early rehabilitation training on the course of postoperative rehabilitation in patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction.Method:A total of 68 patients admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2020 who underwent arthroscopic ACL reconstruction were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group only received early rehabilitation training after surgery,while the observation group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.Both groups lasted for 12 weeks.The knee joint function,joint range of motion and pain degree of the two groups were compared before and after surgery.Result:Before surgery,there were no significant differences in knee function score and joint range of motion between the two groups (P>0.05).At the 4th,8th and 12th week after surgery,the knee function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the joint range of motion was greater than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative VAS score between the two groups (P>0.05).VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the 4th,8th and 12th week after surgery,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and early rehabilitation training in patients undergoing arthroscopic ACL reconstruction can better relieve the joint pain symptoms and promote postoperative knee function recovery.
