血液透析联合血液灌流治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析血液透析联合血液灌流治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年8月-2021年4月收治的29例急性重症有机磷农药中毒患者为研究对象。按照入院单双号对其分为参照组(n=14)和试验组(n=15)。参照组采用血液透析治疗,试验组给予血液透析联合血液灌流治疗。比较两组治疗情况、炎症因子水平、生化指标及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组昏迷时间、住院时间均短于参照组,胆碱酯酶复活时间早于参照组,血清胆碱酯酶水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、CK、ALT、CK-MB水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析联合血液灌流治疗急性重症有机磷农药中毒的效果显著,可缩短昏迷时间及住院时间,降低炎症因子水平和相关并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method:A total of 29 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group (n=14) and the experimental group (n=15) according to the odd or even number of admission.The reference group was treated with hemodialysis,and the experimental group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.The treatment condition,inflammatory factors levels,biochemical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The coma time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group,the resurrection time of cholinesterase was earlier than that of the reference group,and the serum cholinesterase level was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,CK,ALT,and CK-MB in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has a significant effect in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,which can shorten coma time and hospitalization time,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of related complications.
