基于中心审方模式的骨科围术期止吐药物合理使用的药学实践

摘　　要：目的:分析中心审方系统对本院骨科围术期止吐药物预防使用的影响。方法:利用信息系统统计本院2019年7月-2020年6月骨科围术期止吐药物的使用情况,回顾性分析开展中心审方前后本院骨科围术期止吐药物使用准确率、用药疗程变化及用法用量合理性。结果:本院实行中心审方后,外科围术期止吐药物的合理使用率由66.41%上升到97.35%,药师人工审核数为856条,其中超剂量给药是主要问题,其次是给药频率不合适。经过专项审方模式的推广,问题医嘱减少为30条,比实施前减少94.4%。结论:基于中心审方模式的药学干预对于骨科围术期止吐药物的效果确切,可以有效提升围术期止吐药物的合理使用。Objective:To investigate the application of prescription review center system in the rational use of antiemetic drugs during perioperative period in orthopedic department.Method:The use of antiemetic drugs in indication,single dosage and course of treatment during the perioperative period in orthopedic department from July 2019 to June 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The reasonable use rate of antiemetic drugs in doctors’orders increased from 66.41%before the intervention to 97.35%after the intervention.856 of medical orders were passed by pharmacists.The main unreasonable use was overdosing which exceeding the recommended dose,followed by the over-frequency use of antiemetic drugs.After the promotion of special prescription review mode,the number of problematic medical orders was reduced to 30 items,94.4%less than before implementation of the project.Conclusion:The effect of pharmaceutical intervention based on prescription review center system in orthopedic department is definite,which can effectively promote the rational use of antiemetic drugs in perioperative period.
