独活寄生汤联合腰椎松动术在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤联合腰椎松动术在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的治疗效果。方法:选择2017年12月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用腰椎松动术治疗,观察组采用独活寄生汤联合腰椎松动术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组JOA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组ODI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合腰椎松动术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可推广应用。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with lumbar mobilization in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:From December 2017 to December 2019,120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar mobilization,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with lumbar mobilization.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,ODI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with lumbar mobilization is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and can be popularized.
