摘 要:目的:探讨基于授权理论的健康教育在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)患者中的应用效果。方法:本研究采取自身前后对照研究设计,以方便抽样的方式调查2020年9月-2021年4月在福建省某三级甲等医院血液科住院治疗的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者47例,行基于授权理论的健康教育护理干预,持续干预1个治疗周期(3周),分别在干预前后,运用癌症自我管理效能感量表及淋巴瘤患者生命质量测定量表对DLBCL患者进行评估,并进行比较。结果:干预后患者自我管理效能感中的正性态度、自我决策生活2个维度的得分及总得分均比干预前高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者生命质量中的生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、淋巴瘤附加关注5个维度的得分均比干预前高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于授权理论的健康教育能够提升DLBCL患者的自我管理能力,使其生活质量得到改善。Objective:To investigate the effect of health education based on empowerment theory in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).Method:In this study,47 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma who were hospitalized in the hematology department of a third-level grade A hospital in Fujian Province from September 2020 to April 2021 were investigated by means of convenient sampling.The health education nursing intervention based on the empowerment theory lasted for 1 treatment cycle (3 weeks).Before and after the intervention,the cancer self-management efficacy scale and the lymphoma patient quality of life scale were used to evaluate and compare the DLBCL patients.Result:In the self-efficacy scale score of DLBCL patients,the scores of positive attitude,self-decision life and total score were higher than before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of quality of life score,the scores of physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,functional status and lymphoma additional attention were all higher after intervention than before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on empowerment theory can improve the self-management ability of DLBCL patients and improve their quality of life.
