大承气汤治疗剖宫产术后肠梗阻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析大承气汤治疗剖宫产术后肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2020年3月本院收治的46例剖宫产术后肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院顺序分为对照组(2017年9月-2018年12月入院)和观察组(2019年1月-2020年3月入院),每组23例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上加以大承气汤。比较两组治疗效果、自主排气时间、自主排便时间、住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃引流量显著少于对照组,自主排气时间、自主排便时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为0,显著低于对照组的17.39%(P<0.05)。结论:大承气汤治疗剖宫产术后肠梗阻的临床效果显著,可加快患者自主排气时间及自主排便时间,促进患者快速恢复,具有较高的安全性。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section.Method:A total of 46 patients with intestinal obstruction after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the control group (admitted from September 2017 to December 2018) and the observation group (admitted from January 2019 to March 2020),with 23 patients in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Dachengqi Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.Compared the treatment effect,spontaneous exhaust time,defecation time,hospitalization time,adverse reactions.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 73.91% of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The gastric fluid drainage volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the time of spontaneous exhaust,defecation and hospitalization time were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 0 in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 17.39% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section.It can accelerate the time of spontaneous exhaust and defecation,promote the rapid recovery of patients,and has a high safety.
