阿卡波糖联合门冬胰岛素对T2MD患者血清sE-selectin及sP-selectin表达影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿卡波糖联合门冬胰岛素对2型糖尿病(T2MD)患者血清sE-选择素(sE-selectin)及sP-选择素(sP-selectin)水平的影响。方法:选择2020年1-10月医院收治的94例T2MD患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组47例,均给予门冬胰岛素治疗,研究组另给予阿卡波糖治疗,比较两组糖、脂代谢指标及血清sP-selectin、sE-selectin水平差异。结果:两组治疗前FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清sP-selectin、sE-selectin水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组血清sP-selectin、sE-selectin水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率8.51%,对照组不良反应发生率为6.38%,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿卡波糖联合门冬胰岛素能够降低T2MD患者血清sP-selectin及sE-selectin水平,改善糖、脂代谢状态,具有较好的临床效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of Acarbose combined with Insulin Aspart on serum sE-selectin and sP-selectin levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2MD).Method:A total of 94 patients with T2MD from January to October 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group (n=47) and the study group (n=47).All patients were treated with Insulin Aspart,while the study group was treated with Acarbose.Glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,serum sP-selectin,sE-selectin levels were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in FBG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of serum sP-selectin and sE-selectin between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).the levels of serum sP-selectin and sE-selectin in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.51% in the study group and 6.38% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Acarbose combined with Insulin Aspart can reduce the serum levels of sP-selectin and sE-selectin in patients with T2MD,improve the state of glucose and lipid metabolism,and has good clinical effect.
