摘 要:TBO作为下一代空管系统发展的核心技术,已经引起国际民航界的高度重视和深入研究。空地数据链通信作为保障TBO运行中的关键一环,对于推进基于四维航迹运行、增加流量的同时保障航班安全具有关键意义。文章以ATS通信网络为切入点,首先对基于四维航迹运行相关概念进行研究,构建了以CPDLC通信、ADS-C监视的空地数据链通信体系,着重阐明了相关报文规范、数据传输合同类型,并对涉及CPDLC的空中交通服务单位间移交进行研究,梳理出ACM的七个典型服务场景,并给出了ACM移交的具体操作步骤范例。As the core technology of the next generation air traffic control system,TBO(trajectory-based operation)has drawn great attention and inspired in-depth research in the international civil aviation industry.As a key link in guaranteeing the operation of TBO,air-to-ground data link communication plays a key role in promoting the four-dimensional track operation,increasing traffic and ensuring flight safety.Taking ATS communication network as the entry point,this paper firstly studies related concepts based on four-dimensional track operation,constructs an air-to-ground data link communication system based on CPDLC communication and ADS-C monitoring,focuses on clarifies relevant message specifications and data transmission contract types,and studies the handover between air traffic service units involving CPDLC.The seven typical service scenarios of ACM are sorted out,and the specific operation steps of ACM handover are given.
