摘　　要：SP32烟丝膨胀系统回潮机加水量小、纯延时较大,对水分调节控制精度要求较高,现有设备系统难以满足水分控制的稳定性要求。文章通过对回潮机的蒸汽加湿管路及控制系统进行技术改进,实现完全自动化调节膨丝水分,自动适应厂区内蒸汽含水率变化及微波出料口膨丝水分变化。经调试生产数据取样分析,回潮工序过程能力充分,满足膨胀烟丝的含水率控制精度和稳定性要求。The moisture regain machine of SP32 tobacco expansion system has small water content and large pure time delay,which requires high precision of moisture regulation and control.The existing equipment system can hardly meet the stability requirements of moisture control.In this paper,the automatic control of moisture content in the outlet of the steam feeding machine and the automatic control of the moisture content in the steam feeding system are realized.After debugging and analyzing the production data,the process capacity of moisture regain process is sufficient to meet the requirements of moisture content control precision and stability of expanded cut tobacco.
