摘 要:电厂循环硫化床脱硫工艺的应用,使脱硫煤渣能得到有效处理。积极开展脱硫粉煤灰在路面基层中的应用研究是解决措施之一。文章将电厂脱硫工艺产生的粉煤灰及普通粉煤灰分别加入到二灰碎石路面基层材料中,进行室内击实实验、强度试验及水稳定性实验,得到了脱硫灰与普通灰的最佳含水量、最大干密度值的变化趋势,7d抗压强度、28d抗压强度的变化规律及水稳定系数的实验结果。为脱硫灰在路面基层中的应用提供依据。With the application of desulfurization process in the circulating sulfide bed of power plant,desulfurized coal cinder becomes a pollution source and is expected to be effectively treated.One of the solutions is to actively study the application of desulfurized fly ash in road base.In this paper,fly ash and ordinary fly ash produced by desulphurization process in power plant are added to lime-fly ash macadam pavement base material,and indoor compaction test,strength test and water stability test are carried out.The changing trend of the optimum water content and maximum dry density of desulfurized ash and ordinary ash,the changing rules of 7d compressive strength and 28d compressive strength,and the experimental results of water stability coefficient are obtained respectively.The purpose of this paper is to provide a basis for the application of desulphurization ash in road base.
