摘  要:以丙烯腈(AN)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,异辛烷(IO)为发泡剂,纳米二氧化硅为分散剂,采用悬浮聚合的方法制备出了热膨胀型微球。利用红外光谱(IR)、热分析(TGA)等手段对热膨胀微球进行了表征,并对微胶囊的形貌、粒径、发泡倍率等特征进行了研究。研究结果表明,通过悬浮聚合的方法可以得到粒径在1-100 μm的热膨胀微球,其发泡倍率高且粒径分布均匀。Using acrylonitrile(AN),methyl methacrylate(MMA),as raw materials,isooctane(IO) as foaming agent,nano-silica as dispersant,thermally expandable microspheres were prepared by suspension polymerization.The thermally expanded microspheres were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and thermal analysis(TGA),and the characteristics of the microcapsules such as morphology,particle size,and expansion ratio were studied.The research results show that thermally expandable microspheres with a particle size of 1-100 μm can be obtained by suspension polymerization,with high expansion ratio and uniform particle size distribution.
