摘 要:开发一种基于多壁碳纳米管负载纳米金(Au-MWCNT)并具有协同放大电流信号的对特辛基苯酚(POP)灵敏电化学传感器.其中多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)被用作支持物以改善电子传输,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)被用作MWCNT的分散剂,克服MWCNT之间固有的范德华相互作用,进一步增加了纳米金(AuNPs)的负载量.结果表明,制备的Au-MWCNT对POP的电催化性能明显增强.最优条件为:修饰涂层为3层,扫描速度为100 mV/s,缓冲溶液pH值为7.0.在最优条件下,采用循环伏安法对POP进行测定,峰电流与POP的浓度在1.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-5) mol/L范围内体现出较好的线性关系,最低检出限为9.61×10^(-8) mol/L.样品加标回收率为96.8%-101.3%.所制备的传感器显示出良好的稳定性、重现性和抗干扰性,可以应用于湖水中POP的测定.A sensitive electrochemical sensor for p-(tert-octyl)phenol(POP)based on multi-walled carbon nanotube-supported gold nanoparticles(Au-MWCNT)with co-amplifying current signal has been developed.Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)were used as a supporter to improve electron transport,and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)was used as a dispersant of MWCNT.It overcame the inherent van der Waals interaction between MWCNT and further increases the load of gold nanoparticles(AuNPs).The results showed that the electrocatalytic performance of the prepared Au-MWCNT on POP was significantly enhanced.The optimal conditions are as follow:three layers of modified coating,100 mV/s scanning speed and pH 7.0 buffer solution.Under the optimal conditions,the cyclic voltammetry was used for the determination of POP.The peak current and the concentration of POP showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0×10^(-6)-1.0×10^(-5) mol/L,and the minimum detection limit was 9.61×10^(-8) mol/L.The recoveries ranged from 96.8%to 101.3%.The sensor shows good stability,reproducibility and anti-interference,and can be used to measure POP in lake water.
