摘  要:城市“停车难”问题越发突出,很多传统停车场智能化水平低甚至存在诸多缺陷。为对传统停车场管理系统进行改造升级,设计了基于NB-IOT技术的地下停车场管理系统。该系统运用NB-IOT、ARM、RFID、传感器、VS上位机开发、C#程序设计等技术,设计了系统的硬件和软件。车辆进入停车场入口时对车辆进行识别,车辆可以不停车进出停车场,同时对空位进行检测并根据车位引导算法引导车辆到达最佳停车位,系统还可实现自动计费、信息发送功能。利用VS2017开发了上位机,车辆的相关信息存储在数据库中,管理员可以利用上位机进行查询和操控,对停车场进行高效管理。测试表明,该系统性能稳定,提高了停车场的智能化管理水平和安全性。The problem of‘difficult parking’in cities is getting worse.Many traditional parking places have low level of intelligence and even many defects.In order to transform and upgrade the management system of traditional parking places,a management system of an underground parking place based on NB-IOT technology is designed.The system uses NB-IOT,ARM,RFID,sensor,VS host computer development,C#programming and other technologies to design hardware and software of the system.When the vehicle enters the parking entrance,the vehicle is identified.The vehicle can get in and out of the parking place without stopping.At the same time,the vacancy is detected and the vehicle is guided to the optimal parking space according to the parking guidance algorithm.The system can also realize automatic charging and information transmission.Using VS2017 to develop the upper computer,the vehicle related information is stored in the database,the administrator can use the upper computer to query and control,and effectively manage the parking place.Tests show that the system can work reliably,which improves managerial level and security of parking place.
