摘  要:甜叶菊作为低热量高甜度的新型甜味剂,近年来备受人们推崇,我国甜叶菊种植面积逐年扩大,已成为甜叶菊种植面积最大的国家。而甜叶菊品种市场混乱、品质参差不齐,严重制约着甜叶菊产业绿色大健康发展。通过文献查阅及实地调研对近年来我国甜叶菊品种发展史进行综合概括,并且展望甜叶菊品种未来发展趋势。Stevia,as a new sweetener with low calorie and high sweetness,has been highly praised in recent years.The planting area of Stevia has expanded year by year in China,which has become the country with the largest planting area of Stevia.The market of Stevia varieties is chaotic and the quality is uneven,which seriously restricts the green and healthy development of Stevia industry.Through literature review and investigation,the development history of Stevia varieties in China in recent years was comprehensively summarized,and the future development trend was reasonably predicted.
