摘　　要：分析了“粮食丰产增效科技创新”重点专项河北省项目区在项目管理过程中所采取的创新管理机制、完善管理制度和创新管理方法,以及强化专业人才队伍等一系列举措;在此基础上,提出了加强人才培养、提升信息化管理水平等建议。A series of measures taken by the project management of the key special project of Scientific and Technological Innovation for High Grain Yield and Efficiency in Hebei Province were analyzed,such as innovating management mechanism,perfecting management system and innovating management methods,and strengthening professional talent team.Some suggestions of strengthening talent training and improving the level of information management were put forward.
