摘 要:随着配电网的不断发展,同步相量测量设备相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的优化配置问题得到了越来越多关注。针对电力系统网架难以一次性全部安装所需PMU以及配电网拓扑变化的问题,提出考虑配电网拓扑变化的多阶段优化配置方法。第1阶段将配电网关联度、紧密度、重要度作为指标,通过变异系数法以及层次分析法得到配电网节点中心度指标,在配置数目约束下结合最大可观性形成第1阶段配置。第2阶段考虑配电网进行优化重构得到的拓扑结构,综合考虑初始拓扑和重构拓扑,并结合实际区间状态估计,以配置数目最小以及平均区间宽度最小为多目标进行优化,形成第2阶段配置方案。通过IEEE 33配电系统进行多种场景仿真验证,结果表明该模型所得优化配置方案能有效降低区间状态估计结果区间宽度,由此证明了该配置方法的实用性、正确性和优越性。With continuous development of the distribution network,more and more attention has been paid to the optimal configuration of the synchronous phasor measurement equipment PMU.It is difficult to install all the required phasor measurement units(PMUs)at one time for the power system grid.Meanwhile,for the problem of topology changes,this paper proposes a multi-stage optimal configuration method considering topology changes of the distribution network.In the first stage,the correlation,compactness importance of the distribution network are taken as indicators,and the centrality index of the distribution network is obtained by means of the coefficient of variation method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Thus,the configuration of the first stage is formed under under the constraint of configuration number combined with the maximum considerable configuration.In the second stage,the optimal reconstruction of the distribution network is considered to obtain the topology structure.Meanwhile,comprehensively considering the initial topology and the reconstruction topology,and combining the actual interval state estimation,the multi-objective optimization is based on the minimum number of configuration and the average interval width,forming the configuration scheme of the second stage.Simulation verification is carried out in various scenarios on the IEEE 33 power distribution system.The results show that the optimal configuration scheme obtained by the model can effectively reduce the interval width of the interval state estimation results,which proves the practicability,correctness and superiority of the configuration method.
