摘　　要：总结吕仁和教授分期治疗2型糖尿病药对应用经验。主张将消渴病分为脾瘅期、消渴期、消瘅期三期论治,临证常用益气养阴、活血化瘀、燥湿化痰等治法,常用理气药对香橼-佛手、乌药-香附,活血化瘀药对桃仁-红花、牡丹皮-丹参,补肾药对续断-狗脊,益气活血药对灵芝-红景天,养阴药对玄参-生地黄,燥湿化痰药对半夏-陈皮。并分别从各药对的药物功效及现代药理学研究结果分析其用药特点及规律。This paper sumarizes professor LYU Renhe’s experience in using herbal pairs for staged treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2D).He advocates T2D should be treated differently from pidan(脾瘅)stage,xiaoke(消渴)stage to xiaodan(消瘅)stage;and in clinical practice it is recommended to boost qi and nourish yin,invigorate blood and dissolve stasis,dry dampness and dissolve phlegm.The commonly used qi-regulating herbal pairs are Xiangyuan(Fructus Citri)with Foshou(Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis),and Wuyao(Radix Linderae)with Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi);the commonly used blood-invigorating and stasis-dissolving herbal pairs are Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan)with Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae),and Taoren(Semen Persicae)with Honghua(Flos Carthami);commonly used kidneysupplementing herbal pair is Xuduan(Radix Dipsaci)with Gouji(Rhizoma Cibotii);commonly used qi-boosting and blood-invigorating pairs are Lingzhi(Ganoderma)with Hongjingtian(Radix et Rhizoma Rhodiolae Crenulatae);commonly used the yin-nourishing pair is Xuanshen(Radix Scrophulariae)with Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Recens);commonly used damp-dryness and phlegm-dissolving herbal pair is Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae)with Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae).The characteristics of the medication rules are also discussed from the functions of the paired herbs based on modern pharmacology.
