摘  要:以二甲苯为溶剂,全氟聚醚二元醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,1,4丁二醇(BDO)作为扩链剂合成了含氟聚氨酯(FPU),通过改变软段全氟聚醚二元醇用量控制FPU的氟质量分数.并且以聚丙二醇(PPG)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,以1,4丁二醇(BDO)作为扩链剂合成了不含氟的聚氨酯(PU)作为对比.对PU与FPU的结构进行了表征,考察了氟质量分数对FPU热稳定性、力学性能以及疏水疏油性的影响.结果表明,制得的FPU具有更高的拉伸强度,同时在保持聚氨酯疏油性的同时,还获得了较好的疏水性.Fluorinated polyurethane(FPU)was synthesized taking xylene as solvent,perfluoropolyether diol and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as starting materials,and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as a chain extender.The fluorine content in the FPU was controlled by changing the content of the soft segment of perfluoropolyether diol.Polypropylene glycol(PPG)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)were used as raw materials,1,4-butanediol was used as a chain extender to synthesize PU as a comparison.Characterizing the structures of PU and FPU,the influence of fluorine content on the thermal stability,mechanical properties,and hydrophobic and oleophobic properties of FPU was investigated.The results show that as-obtained FPU has higher tensile strength,and better hydrophobicity while maintaining the oleophobicity of the polyurethane.
