摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮是一种好发于面中部的慢性炎性皮肤病,可与多种全身性疾病并发。本文对玫瑰痤疮的多种共病,包括心血管疾病、代谢疾病、消化疾病、肿瘤、神经精神疾病等进行综述,并对玫瑰痤疮的共病问题给出处理建议。若发现患者具有其他疾病的症状、体征或实验室检查、影像学检查结果的异常,则应将其转诊到相应科室就诊。需要进一步研究玫瑰痤疮与其共病的关系,尤其是不同类型的玫瑰痤疮与其共病的关系,以加强玫瑰痤疮患者临床治疗和管理的针对性。Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease mainly affecting the middle of the face with a variety of systemic comorbidities.This article reviews comorbidities of rosacea,including cardiovascular diseases,metabolic diseases,digestive diseases,malignancies,and neuropsychiatric diseases,and provides suggestions on how to deal with comorbidities of rosacea.If rosacea patients have symptoms or signs of other diseases,or abnormal results of laboratory examinations or imaging examinations,they should be referred to the corresponding department for further treatment.It is necessary to further investigate the relationship between rosacea and its comorbidities,especially the relationship between different subtypes of rosacea and their comorbidities,to facilitate the treatment and management of rosacea patients.
